I am also a beginner quilter, with most of my designs being all my own. My mom is a big time quilter (in my eyes), and I try to learn from her when I visit her in Slanesville, WV or when I call her in a panic for some advice.
I come from a long line of crafters--my Great-Uncle Charlie (my grandmothther's brother) could not read or write, but he could make some of the most beautiful works in crochet, so I’ve been told. I’ve never met him. My father (Bobby) and my sister (Angela) are the painters, and my sister also works with sculpy and is relearning to crochet.
I was born and raised in Maryland and moved to this cute and quiet little town of Clanton with my husband on June 2, 2014. (We lived in what used to be a small town called Laurel. We were dead center of Baltimore and D.C.) I have fallen in love with this town and its people. I believe God brought us to this little town for a reason, and I’m excited to be here.
I would love to share the joy of crocheting with anyone that is interested in learning.
I can be reached at 240-299-5135 (cell) or firstname.lastname@example.org.
