What you will learn: How to take notice of our body’s five senses of feel, see, smell, hear, touch, and taste, noticing what our mind is doing during these five sensory experiences through NLP Techniques, Journaling, and the Arts.

15 Min Imagination Exploration (Including Posture Coaching and Breathing Techniques)
40 Min Journaling & Arts Activities
* Students receive a Yoga Mat and Journal during their first scheduled class.
